Expired rent arrears do not directly prevent you from getting a rental apartment from TVT Asunnot. Continued accumulation of debt may, however, be an obstacle. TVT Asunnot will consider the full picture when deciding on granting housing. Both the need for housing and the applicant’s current income level affect the decision. Credit history will be checked for all applicants. We require that the applicant is capable of fulfilling their contractual obligations.
