- The use of colours

Accessibility issues of the TVT online service
Issues: WCAG criteria, section 1.1 Text Alternatives
The law is not applicable to the following issues or would lead to disproportionate burden.
The objective is to rectify all identified accessibility issues based on disproportionate burden during 2024.
The content produced by an external party (e.g. Visma Tampuuri) in the online service, which is not funded, developed or supervised by the service provider, is not included in the demands of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services.
The online service has some videos that do not have a text alternative or subtitles. These videos present a residential area visually, for example, or have some story elements. The videos do not have any essential information related to the use of the website, the customer relationship, apartment application or contracts.
The online service also has some issues with alternative image descriptions.
Starting with issue 1/2022, the Kotimme magazine by TVT Asunnot has been available as an identical digital publication in the external Flipeco service. The digital publication in Flipeco online service is not readable with the help of screen readers. However, users have been able to download a digital publication from the online service as an accessible PDF file starting with issue 1/2022. A text alternative for the key articles of the tenant magazine have also been published as articles on TVT Asunnot website since the issue 1/2022.
The earlier issues of the Kotimme magazine can be found as identical digital copes in the external Yumpu online service, which is not accessible with screen readers.
The annual reports of TVT Asunnot are only available as PDF files in the online service. Information in inaccessible content is available by contacting our customer services with the contact form in the online service.
Some of the embedded content by external suppliers, such as videos and maps, are not accessible.
Content outside the accessibility requirements
The online service has inaccessible videos. They are missing a text description. According to the law, video or audio content published prior to 23 September 2020 does not have to be made accessible retrospectively or be removed from the website.
A digital service or website behind a link directing users away from the online service is the responsibility of the service provider in question, and its accessibility has been described in its own accessibility statement.
